"FONDANT MADE EAST" (intermediate/advanced)
Students will make fondant and white chocolate clay. Students will learn to bake, frost,overlay with fondant, assemble, decorate, and transport a 2 or 3 tier wedding cake. Detailed step-by-step instruction and hands-on experience will be provided. Basic decor and finishing will include, borders,embroidery, dots, lace, quilting, draping and swags, bows, simple gumpaste flowers and cut outs.

Cake dummies,equipment, ingredients, and lunch will be provided.
Each student takes home student kit including: fondant, white choc modeling clay, gumpaste, rolling pin, fondant smoother,
flower cutters, and decorated 3 tier dummy cake.

Arrive at 9:30-9:45 am. Class begins at 10:00 and ends at 4:00. All equipment is provided. Just bring an apron and a smile for a great time. You will love this rewarding and creative experience! Lunch will be provided.
