I personally have benefited from her talents many times over, and my kiddos (Carrie’s grandsons) have had many many incredibly cute birthday cakes! Hmmm, maybe I’ll blog those someday, good idea!~

So, I thought I would share the latest of the family cakes.

 Carrie’s daughter, Brianna is graduating from the University of Utah. She is an outstanding violist and to fulfill her graduation requirements, she had to do a recital… What would be more fitting than a viola cake for this event? It turned out so perfect.

 I want to make sure I mention Flo, she is Carrie’s bakery assistant. So much of this cake was put together by Flo, her talent really shined with this one. THANK YOU Flo, you always come through.
