Memorial House Sugar Roses Wedding Cake at Memory Grove

We constantly have customers asking us for ideas or to lead them in a certain direction (weddings can certainly be overwhelming)… Photos of the weddings that we get to attend seem to be the best way to help our brides, so MY goal is to do

“A cake a day!”

We see so many fantastic and creative weddings we though “LETS SHARE”… The first of our Cake a Day brides is Nicole. She chose to have her wedding at Memory Grove, a classy, quaint venue.

As you can see from the photos by Pepper Nix, Nicole chose a palette of purple colors to accent her wedding.

When Nicole came to us she wanted a traditional Round Wedding Cake with lavender sugar rose buds. And we topped the wedding cake with a cluster of larger matching sugar roses. And of course covered the cake with a delicious white fondant!

We hope you enjoy these photos!

Carrie, the cake was wonderful. Of course it looked beautiful, but it tasted absolutely amazing. We had so many comments about how good the cake was. Even the fondant tasted very yummy, which I’ve gathered from my experiences at other weddings, is not usually the case. Thanks for providing such a wonderful element to our wedding day.

HI Nicole, The fondant is a HUGE part of our cake, so we make an EXTRA special effort to make sure it tastes as good as it looks. I am so glad your wedding cake was just what you wanted, at the end of it all THATS OUR GOAL! Best wishes. :0)
