Last July I, Carrie went to Hollywood to do a taping of MY very first National TV debut EVER! I was really excited to be invited to go on Ultimate Cake Off seen on TLC. There was so much preparation, and thought that went into the show that I never got the chance to show you the photos before… BUT don’t fear, I FINALLY have photos for you to go through and look at!
AND some incredible news, a dear friend of mine and “Cake Hall of Fame” Norm Davis won his Ultimate Cake Off contest challenge in a separate show last fall and TLC invited him back. I was so happy for him and then I received a call that he wanted me to come on his crew to assist him!!!! What an honor! I have since gone to Hollywood and taped the 2nd Ultimate Cake Off and you can watch it on TLC March Ist. You won’t believe who we competed against!!!!! My all time favorite designer,and idol, and friend, Colette Peters!!!!!!!!! So the people on all three teams know each other and are great friends, but we were competing for 10,000!!! It was great fun. See who wins………………………..

They might make it look like they supply everything for you, BUT the truth is you really have to take a TON of supplies with you!
On the contest they want yu to make a cake that is ATLEAST 5 feet tall. So we have this photo to show how huge this cake really was!
